Anton Wirjono

DJ, Entrepreneur and Founder of Future10, Future10 Productions

 

Anton Wirjono is a DJ and Entrepreneur, a household name in Indonesia’s creative scene. Along with his brother, Hogi Wirjono, they co-founded Future 10, and succeeded in making a variety of lifestyle and party events like Brightspot Market, Jakarta Movement, Gatecrasher Soundsystem, Turn On Plastic, Back in the Days, and The Junction Bali. In between his hectic days in Future 10, he also the initiator of Jakarta’s own Electronic Act, Agrikulture.

Through short films and filmmaker residencies, workshops, and festivals, Minikino and GSFF hope to open a creative dialogue in Scotland and Indonesia around environmental sustainability, social change, and empowerment. This collaboration will seek to find common ground on each organisation’s community challenges in driving social change, facilitating greater inclusion, and developing plans for longer-term partnerships.

Boni is the Director for International Business Development at BEKRAF (Badan Ekonomi Kreatif) or the Indonesian Creative Economy Agency. The Indonesian Creative Economy Agency is a non-ministerial governmental institution with a mandate below the Indonesian President. Prior to Bekraf, Boni was the Deputy Director at the Ministry of Communication and Informatics.
