Before you leave home

Please make sure you:

  • have your passport
  • have pencils and an eraser
  • leave any valuables at home.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the meeting time. 
If you arrive after the start of the test you will not be allowed to take any of the tests.

What identification document do I need to bring with me?

You must bring along the passport that you stated on your application form as ID. Driving licenses and student IDs are not accepted. Candidates without a valid ID will not be allowed to sit the test.

Test day photography


The UniSadhuGuna Testing Centre (UTC) staff will take a passport style photograph of candidates on the test day, which will appear on the candidate Test Report Form. This procedure is mandatory.

What am I permitted to take into the test room?

  • your identification document
  • pencils 
  • an eraser
  • a bottle of water.

You will not be able to take anything else, other than the above items, into the test room.
Visit the toilet before you enter the exam room. No extra time will be allowed for a toilet break.

Cloakroom

You will have to leave all your belongings in a cloakroom which will be locked or guarded for the duration of the test. We strongly recommend leaving valuables, mobile phones, computers, etc at home. NeitherUniSadhuGuna Testing Centre (UTC) nor the British Council is responsible for loss or damage to your personal belongings at the test venue.
