Dinda Intan Pramesti Putri is a cultural policy and festival ecosystem specialist whose work has strengthened Yogyakarta’s creative sector and contributed to its designation as the City of Festivals in 2025. Through her leadership, she has supported the development of Indonesia’s creative economy at both national and regional levels, impacting thousands of festival organisers, artists, and policymakers.

Studying in the UK provided Dinda with a unique blend of academic depth and hands-on festival experience through Edinburgh’s vibrant cultural landscape. At Queen Margaret University, she connected with global professionals, engaged directly with real festivals, and learned practical methodologies that she later adapted to strengthen Indonesia’s festival ecosystem.

Looking ahead, Dinda hopes to expand collaboration between global festival cities and build stronger international networks with Yogyakarta, further positioning the city as a key hub for cultural exchange and creative innovation.
