Role overview

British Council Indonesia is expanding, and we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Officer to support the Exams business.

In this role, you will support computer-based tests, exams systems and delivery in country. To ensure exams delivery runs smoothly. To support, train and monitor IT Service vendors across the country, train and monitor venue technicians either directly or through the IT Service vendors.  

You can take pride in the fact that you will be conducting training for, support and closely monitor local IT service vendors and venue technicians from a technical perspective. You will have fantastic opportunity supporting operations team by ensuring system and devices are compliant, working and optimally used. You will provide technical support to deliver paper-based tests and computer-based tests. 

You will have experience in B2B/B2C customer service environment as well as the ability to deliver excellent standards of customer service. You will have excellent computer skills, solid knowledge of both hardware and software. You will bring along your understand and experience of risk and compliance management.
