British Council Jakarta is looking for an Account Relationship Manager to join our expanding Exams business. This is an exciting role for an experienced professional who is well-versed in business development, opportunity and pursuit.

Reporting into Business Development Manager, your role is to build relationships, identify needs and enhance opportunities with key accounts to meet business related targets. You will also be required proactively resolve issues, add value and ensure delivery on expectations. On a daily basis, you will execute the country key account strategy and plan. 

You will have fantastic opportunity to understand and foresee country conditions to spot and act on opportunities as well as take pride in providing timeline feedback on commercial planning scenario’s that have changed. You will achieve sales/account targets and ensure customer satisfaction. 

To be qualified for this role, you will have proven experience of building relationships, identifying needs and enhancing opportunities with key accounts to meet business related targets. You will design and implement business development or marketing plans in an education sector context. You will bring along your experience of working with UK exam boards.
